Welcome
As co-founders of the Annexstad Family Foundation,
Al and Cathy Annexstad personally understand the positive impact mentoring can have on the life of a young person. They and their family understand the value of education to young people and to our society’s future.
Through their vision and generosity, the Annexstads established the Annexstad Family Foundation to provide college scholarships to deserving students who have been mentored by the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization. Working closely with participating colleges and universities, the foundation makes possible a renewable scholarship program that helps cover the necessary expenses of a four-year undergraduate degree. Annexstad Family Foundation scholars who remain in good standing and demonstrate continued financial need are assured that the cost of their tuition, fees, books, room, and board are met.
If you were a Little Brother or Little Sister and demonstrate strong academic performance, high character, significant financial need, and have been accepted for admission to one or more of the participating educational institutions, you may be a candidate for this life-altering opportunity. Your individual circumstances will determine your eligibility, acceptance, and the extent of the award by the participating college or university.
